What if she doesn't like her jewel?
You have 30 days to return your jewel. For the return to be accepted, the locket must be in its original condition: unworn and not activated (no account created). Every jewel is photographed before shipping, which allows us to process your return quickly and easily.
How does the NFC jewel work?
Your Lumissoly jewel is equipped with NFC technology and acts as a secure key to your personal memories.
When your smartphone touches your jewel, it opens our application. Simply log in to upload your photos, videos, voice notes and much more.
You can access these memories at any time by bringing your NFC-compatible smartphone close to the jewel, so your precious moments go everywhere with you.

When will I receive my order?
We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, within 24 hours. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the date of your order (business days and public holidays); we will send you an estimate.
Where is your jewelry made?
Our products are crafted in a certified French jewelry workshop. We use recycled silver and mother-of-pearl from French Polynesia, which is also hand-cut.
This partner was carefully selected after several trials to ensure that our products meet market standards. You will also find a hallmark on each of our lockets certifying the quality of its alloy.
